The slightly sweet, neutral flavor of these little flapjacks is perfect for both sweet or savory cravings. That means you’ll love these slathered in grass-fed butter and drizzled with pure maple syrup; or you’ll go gaga for how they work as little mini sandwich breads with slices of avocado and bacon!

The easy dairy-free (butter slathering optional) recipe comes together with no special equipment, and is pretty straightforward: Mix, fry, then snarf in under 30 minutes!

So many keto and Paleo bread recipes out there are loaded with high-lectin and high-phytate ingredients like nuts and seeds. I’ve got my eyebrow raised at you, almond flour and sunflower butter!

Thanks to the 100% fruit-based banana flour, this recipe is free of nutty or seedy flours!
