These Animal-Based Banana Flour Pancakes Have No Nuts About ‘Em
So many keto and Paleo bread recipes out there are loaded with high-lectin and high-phytate ingredients like nuts and seeds. I’ve got my eyebrow raised at you, almond flour and sunflower butter!
Thanks to the 100% fruit-based banana flour, this recipe is free of nutty or seedy flours!
Only animal-based experiments, I’m temporarily cutting out what Dr Paul Saladino considered the most toxic ingredients. This is in an effort to troubleshoot what I feel are the last lingering symptoms holding me back from grabbing life by the horns fully. I wanna say “deuces” to my remaining mild fatigue, flaky skin, joint pain, and weight stubbornness!!

These were really good. I just made them for breakfast. ususally any kind of flour feels heavy on my stomach and gives me digestive issues but this didn’t make me feel anything.
next time I try this I will probably add a little ground chicken or beef to make it more filling. I need a lot of protein in the morning to feel satisfied. overall very good recipe.

Hey there Mauri,
Same! Most Paleo and AIP flours feel like a “GI brick” for me for hours after eating. The banana flour has been very kind to me…and I’m glad it was nice to you as well. <3
