Hey there, warriors! I’m Samantha Teague, Primal Health Coach. Before we dive in, I’m not a doctor, and this isn’t medical advice.

Today we’re talking about something that’s probably messing with your life right now – silent inflammation. If you’ve been wondering why you feel bloated, brain-fogged, and like your body is plotting against you, this episode is about to connect some major dots.

So what exactly is silent inflammation?

Unlike obvious inflammation – when you stub your toe and it turns into an angry red balloon – silent inflammation is like that passive-aggressive friend who smiles at your face but talks behind your back. It’s happening inside your body, all day, every day.

Your body is like a house, and inflammation is like having a small fire burning in the basement. You might not see the flames, but that smoke is creeping through every room, creating problems everywhere.

Let’s talk about what silent inflammation actually looks like.

The most common red flags? That stubborn weight that absolutely refuses to budge despite doing “everything right.” Energy levels that crash harder than a toddler at naptime, leaving you reaching for your third cup of coffee by 2 PM. And your skin – breakouts plus that dull, tired complexion that no expensive cream seems to fix.
