Paleo Ginger Spritzer Mocktail (AIP, Whole30)

Keep it 0% proof this New Year’s Eve with this Paleo Ginger Spritzer Mocktail, featuring flavors of orange, apple and cinnamon! It’s both AIP compliant and Whole30 friendly.

Virgin cocktails like these are a testimony that you don’t need spirits to lift your spirits during the holidays. Brighten up your special night with this simple yet festive virgin drink and ring in the new year with zero boozy or sugar hangovers.

The beautiful fruit slices mixed with the apple juice and seltzer look so beautiful in a mason jar or a martini glass.

It gets its slight sweetness from the apple and has just a hint of tang from the orange. Add in the zinger factors from the ginger and cinnamon and you have one magical drink to slainte with!

This Paleo Ginger Spritzer Mocktail is Totes Batch-able

This recipe makes 4 servings, but it’s so simple and fast to make that if you are serving a crowd and run out – you can make more in under 5 minutes!

It also easily doubles or triples if you have multiple pitchers to fill.

Just simply double or triple the ingredients and stir away and you’ll have batches of bubbly, alcohol-free cheer in no time flat.

Make a Customizable Mocktail Bar

Want to create an interactive Paleo AIP and Whole30 holiday drink experience for your loved ones?

Set out the ingredients on a serving table, and include other fruits like frozen cherries, fresh cranberries, lemons, limes, or pear slices.

Add a bucket of ice and some empty glasses then voila!

You can even offer other juice options like 100% grape juice, freshly-squeezed pink grapefruit juice, cranberry, or orange! Then people can mix their own drinks the way they like and you also have a fun party activity.

Add Even More Flavor to Your Paleo Ginger Spritzer Mocktail

I love plain sparkling water as it serves as the perfect palette for customizable drinks, but I also adore naturally flavor-infused waters like Bubly and La Croix.

I am a huge fan of the Mango La Croix and also the Strawberry Bubly. Here is where you can find a multipack of Bubly so you can sample a bunch of different flavors!
